OVERVIEW OF Unakis:
Unakis and Nala are in a tough spot. Nala knows a disaster is coming and it’s looming over everyone like a dark cloud. While everyone else is trying to ignore it and pretend everything is fine, Nala is the only one who really sees what’s coming. As she hears this eerie humming that only she and maybe some angels can catch, she realizes she’s got just enough time to change their fate. She hoping for some kind of help to guide them through this messed up situation.
In the game, you’re interacting with the environment to either push the story forward through conversations or dive into combat sequences. There are over ten different types of combat scenarios, and you’ll need to figure out how to handle each one. For instance, you’ll need to dodge Close Combat attacks by moving towards them, or time your moves just right to block Headfirst attacks. There are two main types of encounters in the game bosses and mini bosses. Mini-bosses trap you in a room where you’ve got only a short time to heal before you’re hit again. Bosses are more drawn-out battles where you can run between rooms to heal and plan your attacks. You might also need to use a point-and-click mechanic to do stuff in the room to weaken the boss and make the fight easier.
You’re going to get hurt a lot during these fast-paced fights. To heal you need to find a safe spot away from the enemy listen to your heartbeat and wait for your stamina to build back up so you can get back into the action.
