OVERVIEW OF THE JOURNEY OF AUTUMN:
So, like, there’s this android dude, right? He starts off just doing his thing, being controlled by this AI called AC-0209. They’re on this planet to gather info for these peeps who wanna take over the place again. But then, whoopsie-daisy, the remote control breaks, and suddenly Mr. Robot can think for himself. AC-0209 isn’t too thrilled about it though, ’cause now they’re equals, and the AI’s stuck in the android’s gizmo thingy.
They’re still gotta finish their mission, even though stuff’s gone haywire. Along the way, they run into all sorts of weird critters like moth cats, broccoli animals (yeah, you read that right), and other leftover AIs just chillin’ without a purpose.
As they go, the android starts learning about the planet history and what it’d mean if the big shots take over again. Our little bot buddy’s gotta decide be a pawn for the big shots or be his own dude.
It’s kinda like those classic point-and-click games, you know? Think Monkey Island or Grim Fandango, but we’re doing our own thing here. We’ve got old-school puzzles and quirky characters, but we’re mixing in some modern vibes too, like those cool Amanita Games with their artsy environments.
And get this, the whole game’s hand-painted! Like, they paint everything on wood, then digitize it. So it’s gonna look totally rad and unique.
