To tackle this rising crime wave, Chief Álvarez has brought in David ‘Judge’ Beaumont to lead the LSPD SWAT team. Beaumont warns that this job isn’t for the faint-hearted—dealing with extremists, corrupt officials, and all kinds of illegal stuff means facing harsh realities that most people don’t see.
The LSPD is updating its game plan with Beaumont’s new role. The city’s changed a lot, and so have the tools and tactics we use. There are new high-risk areas and some old ones that are now even more dangerous. SWAT Commanders need to pick their teams wisely, plan out missions carefully, and keep their squad’s mental and physical health in check.
