This game is straight-up a fast retro 3D shooter kind of like the old-school arcade games from the ’80s and ’90s but way cooler. You play as ASURA, a humanoid weapon built to take down an alien invasion. You’ll be blasting enemies with your Energy Shot, wrecking them up close with a Shining Knuckle punch, and even slowing down time with Lightning Over Drive to pull off some crazy moves. The action’s wild — you’re wiping out alien swarms, dodging like crazy with slow motion, and punching bosses so hard they don’t know what hit ’em. You can even tweak the stick controls in the menu to either snap back to the center or stay where you leave it. Controls are super simple: shoot, punch, slow time, and go absolutely nuts.
This whole thing was made by just two indie devs under the label LeftOver — they did everything themselves, from coding to sound design. They’re still working on some stuff like letting you adjust the music and sound effects, but updates are coming soon.
